About this Effort...

JDRF Ride to Cure Diabetes----
I am Allen Rogers. And this is my 3rd year riding for a cure to Type 1 diabetes. My younger son, Braeden, has Type 1 diabetes. He was diagnosed on 10 December 2007, and since that time he has challenged every expectation I held about living with this disease. Type 1 diabetes has no cure...yet. In 2011 I will ride for Braeden and for the cure. Just as he has challenged my expectations, I hope to challenge yours. In addition to cycling 100 miles, I will raise $5,000 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Thanks for your financial support and encouragement.
